Tyler Baran is an Analyst on Skytale’s Management Consulting team. In this role, Tyler supports clients by developing robust financial models and synthesizing insights across data sources to inform strategic business decisions. With an eye for identifying trends and root causes behind performance variances, they help clients better understand their financial landscape and take meaningful action to achieve their goals.

Prior to joining Skytale Group, Tyler worked as a Financial Analyst at Retina Consultants of America (RCA), where they contributed to budgeting, KPI analysis, and cash flow forecasting for a network of medical practices. Before that, they began their career as a Transfer Pricing Associate at PwC, supporting multinational clients with intercompany pricing strategies and financial documentation.

Tyler earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering and a Master’s in Finance from Texas A&M University.

Outside the office, he is an avid sports fan who enjoys playing golf, exploring new countries, and working toward a bucket list item of visiting every NBA stadium in the U.S.
