Miguel Mireles is a Director of Investment Banking at Skytale Group. He helps lead Skytale’s investment banking sell-side and buy-side advisory engagements and is dedicated to closely working with clients to maximize the full value of their businesses while identifying new opportunities for their growth.

Miguel is hyper-focused on providing healthcare clients with a true partnership that begins at the first meeting and continues beyond the completion of the engagement. He is passionate about designing bespoke processes and providing guidance that is strategically focused on each client’s strengths. He is committed to gaining deep insights into a client’s business and “telling their story with data” when bringing a business to market.

Prior to joining Skytale, Miguel was a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s (NYSE: HLI) and Baird’s Global Healthcare Investment Banking Groups, where he completed mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory, and equity and debt offerings. At these investment banks, he had extensive involvement in supporting new business origination and deal execution involving both founder-owned and private equity-backed healthcare services and pharma services businesses. Prior to investment banking, Miguel was a Director in the Dohmen Investment Group Family Office, where he focused on pharma services and pharma IT investments.

Miguel received his Chemical Engineering degree from Texas Tech University and his J.D. / MBA from the University of Wisconsin. He loves spending time outdoors with his wife and two sons, lifting weights, golfing, and going on long walks.
