As an Investment Banking Analyst at Skytale Group, Michael Wentworth supports clients through every stage of the transaction process. He analyzes company financials, builds detailed valuation models, and develops comprehensive confidential information memoranda (CIMs) that highlight a business’s unique value and position it for a successful outcome.

His background in corporate development, investment banking, and private investment equips him to deliver thoughtful, data-driven insights that help clients make informed decisions. Michael is especially passionate about working directly with founders and entrepreneurs, guiding them through pivotal moments in their professional journeys and helping them achieve outcomes that align with both their business and personal goals.

Before joining Skytale, Michael worked in corporate finance at Siemens Healthineers, where he gained experience in strategic financial planning and analysis within a global healthcare organization. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2024 with a degree in Finance.

Outside of the office, Michael enjoys golfing, playing volleyball, or skiing, and is an avid sports fan. He roots enthusiastically for the New England Patriots and Boston Celtics, as well as his alma mater’s Texas Longhorns.
