James Turcott is a Partner at Skytale Group and joined the firm shortly after its inception. He has played a key role in building out Skytale’s core verticals—Management Consulting, Investment Banking, and Skytale Capital—and continues to contribute across all areas of firm growth.

Currently, James leads Skytale Capital, the firm’s private capital fund. He focuses on identifying investment opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with the fund’s investor base. In addition to his client-facing responsibilities, James supports internal financial decision-making and helps drive the firm’s business development efforts.

Prior to joining Skytale, James worked in the FP&A team at PrimeLending, where he gained deep expertise in financial analysis and reporting. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, attending sporting events, and traveling abroad.
