Jake Martin is an Analyst in Skytale’s Investment Banking team. He works closely with founders and CEOs to streamline and navigate the complexities of the sell-side process, ensuring clients achieve optimal transaction outcomes. Jake’s role involves providing comprehensive support at every stage, from creating detailed financial models and compelling marketing materials to managing due diligence, allowing clients to stay focused on their core business operations.

Jake is passionate about delivering the best outcome for each client. As a methodical and detail-oriented analyst, he emphasizes understanding both the unique value drivers of a business and the personal objectives of its leadership team. His combination of analytical rigor and clear communication helps bridge the gap between complex financial analyses and actionable insights, ensuring that clients are well-informed and confident throughout the transaction process.

Prior to joining Skytale Group, Jake was an Investment Banking Analyst II at Crosstree Capital Partners, where he focused on executing complex M&A transactions in the life sciences tools & diagnostics industry. He also worked as an analyst at Aaron Bell International, specializing in sell-side M&A across diverse industries, gaining a broad understanding of transaction dynamics and value drivers.

Jake holds a double major in Biology and Business Administration from Colorado Christian University and a Master’s in Applied Quantitative Finance from the University of Denver. Outside of work, Jake enjoys bow hunting, competing in combat sambo, skiing, and mounted shooting with his horses.
