Etienne Frady is a Senior Analyst on Skytale’s Investment Banking team, where he supports clients throughout the full lifecycle of M&A transactions with a primary focus on sell-side advisory in healthcare.

Working closely with senior bankers and clients’ executive teams, Etienne analyzes financial and operating data, builds detailed financial models, and develops data-driven marketing materials including confidential information memorandums and management presentations. Known for his meticulous, detail-oriented approach and collaborative working style, he helps deliver clear analysis that supports informed decision-making and efficient transaction execution.

Prior to joining Skytale, Etienne was a member of Crosstree’s investment banking team, where he focused on healthcare technology and pharmaceutical services transactions. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Bishop’s University in Quebec and his master’s degree from the University of Amsterdam. Etienne holds his SIE and Series 79 licenses.

Outside of work, Etienne enjoys playing tennis and soccer, skiing, and spending time with music.
